Eurobuild | 2025 looks optimistic for the construction companies

According to a report by research company Spectis “Construction companies in Poland 2025-2030”, the total revenues of the 300 leading construction groups in 2023 amounted to PLN 152bn, which accounted for more than 60% of the revenues of the entire sector of medium and large construction companies.
The Polish construction sector is still a highly fragmented industry, with consolidation processes moving at a slow pace. The share of the market leader (Budimex Group) in the revenue of construction companies employing more than nine employees remained at 3.9% in 2023. The top five construction groups (Budimex, Strabag, Porr, Mirbud, and Erbud) represent 11.3% of revenue reported by construction companies that employ more than nine members of staff.
