Four mega-projects are currently under construction in Poland with a combined value of PLN 17bn (€3.8bn), according to research by construction market analysts Spectis.

However, 25 mega-projects (with a unit value of more than PLN 3bn or €670m excl. VAT) with a combined value of PLN 295bn (€66bn) are in the pipeline.

According to a report by research company Spectis “Construction companies in Poland 2025-2030”, the total revenues of the 300 leading construction groups in 2023 amounted to PLN 152bn, which accounted for more than 60% of the revenues of the entire sector of medium and large construction companies.
