Even if Polish construction growth is projected to slow in the coming years, the value of projects under way or planned is around €100bn, almost double one year's production. The conclusions are contained in a new report by the Spectis research group: Construction Market in Poland 2019-2025–an Analysis of 16 regions. It estimates the total value of the 960 largest projects in the pipeline at PLN 420bn (€100bn).

The study focuses on the top 60 projects in each of Poland's administrative regions or provinces (voivodships), and finds that the value of the projects averages €104m each. The average for building developments is €50m, while civil engineering projects come in at a median €160m.
